  • Secure, HIPAA-compliant live chat feature that is available on our website once you have created an account with OUR META HOSPITAL. (At present, this feature is not available on the OUR META HOSPITAL app).
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
• Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages
• Individuals that require Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services should contact OUR META HOSPITAL via the 711 relay service.

If you believe OUR META HOSPITAL has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance by email with: OUR META HOSPITAL Compliance in subject, contact@ourmetahospital.com.
